Schedule for April 5 activities

Hi gang,

Here are the details for our events for Saturday, being the ice cave hike and Hall "camp out":

We are hiking to the ice caves near Norton on Saturday morning. They are now calling for snow so dress accordingly.

• We will meet at St. Luke's Church Hall on Quispamsis Rd. at 9:30 AM.
• We will leave whatever gear/games you bring for the camp in a room at the Hall before leaving for the hike.
• Bring whatever lunch you want to eat while on the hike remembering, of course, what you take in you have to bring out.
• Dan will bring a single burner stove for those that want to use it.

The Quilters have the Hall booked until 4:00 PM on Saturday and we can't get in until 5:00.

• Scouters will be doing the cooking and cleaning.
• Bring whatever games you want to play for the night.
• The only game restrictions are they must be age appropriate and if they are electronic they must not be single player games.
• If you are bringing an electronic game (X-Box, Wii, etc.) you must also bring a TV as there are none at the Hall.
• We will leave the Hall at 9:00 AM Sunday as Susan Sleep has the Hall booked for Sunday School at 9:30.

Also, remember that our Tuesday (April 8) meeting will be at Rothesay High School. We are to meet at the front door at 7:00 PM and we will be shown to the classroom from there. Mr. White will be going over some GPS basics and then taking us out for some geocaching. When geocaching you pick up a trinket and leave a trinket so make sure you have something small to leave behind.
